Gabe Shankweiler helped No. 11 Stevens to a 3-1 week with three wins in conference play. Shankweiler totaled 57 kills with 27 digs and seven blocks. He produced a .432 hitting percentage (42-7-81) during the UVC Crossover as Stevens shutout Penn State-Behrend and Hilbert on Saturday and then won a five-set match against Medaille on Sunday. Shankweiler’s highlight of the week was his 23 kills, five blocks and .439 hitting percentage against Medaille. Earlier in the week, Shankweiler totaled 15 kills in a four-set match against Division I New Jersey Institute of Technology.
