Ryan led the Engineers to a 4-0 week with wins over Lasell, No. 5 Vassar, Sage and Rivier. Ryan posted 38 kills, a hitting percentage of .418, seven service aces, nine digs and seven blocks. Ryan registered double-digit kills in three of four matches this week which included a career-high 12 kills, while hitting .667 against Lasell on Tuesday. The first-year also hit .600 with 10 kills in a four-set win over Rivier. Ryan's strong week pushed MIT to the top of the league standings, as the Engineers are now 3-0 in the UVC for the first time in program history.
