Kim enjoyed another strong week for the No. 2 Brewers as they defeated No. 11 New Paltz in four sets and No. 9 NYU in three sets on the road to clinch the UVC Regular Season title and the right to host the 2023 UVC Championship. Kim hit .373 with 29 kills, three aces, 11 digs, seven assists and four blocks. Against the Hawks, Kim registered 20 kills on a .563 hitting percentage while adding an ace, an assist and seven digs. In the sweep of the Violets, he finished with nine kills, two aces, four digs, six assists and four blocks. Kim is second in the league in hitting percentage at .444 and is fourth in kills per set at 3.94. It is his fourth UVC weekly accolade of 2023.
