Below are the United Volleyball Conference (UVC) Players of the Week, released on March 14, 2022, for matches played from March 7-March 13. It is the ninth UVC weekly honors release of the 2022 season.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Antonio Sargent, Nazareth, Gr., OH, Chesapeake, VA/Western Branch
Sargent slammed a match-high 17 kills and hit a remarkable .615 to go along with a pair of service aces, one solo block and one assisted block in leading Nazareth to a four-set win over UVC foe Elmira on Wednesday evening.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Evan Kane, SUNY New Paltz, Fr., OPP, Blue Point, NY/Bayport-Blue Point
Kane hit .267 with 14 kills four assisted blocks and one service aces in a 1-1 week. On Thursday, Kane posted a team-high nine kills against No. 2 Springfield, while adding three blocks and a service ace. He was perfect 5-for-5 in a five-set win over Division I St. Francis-Brooklyn the following day, while adding two blocks and two digs to aid in the victory.
