The 2024 United Volleyball Conference All-Championship team was announced on Tuesday, April 16, headlined by tournament Most Valuable Player, Devyn Nguyen of NYU. Nguyen helped lead NYU to its second UVC title in program history over the weekend, as the No. 2 seed Violets knocked off No. 6 seed Nazareth University in three sets in the semifinals and defeated top-seed Vassar College in four sets in the championship match on April 14.

Nguyen, who was one of three Violets named to the All-Championship team, dished out 75 assists in seven sets (10.7 assists per set) to go along with 16 digs, five blocks and a service ace during tournament play. He opened the weekend by dishing out 31 assists, recording eight digs and one ace in the win over Nazareth before adding 44 more assists, eight digs and three blocks in the four-set championship match victory over Vassar. Nguyen’s passing was a major reason why NYU hit a combined .315 in the two matches, eclipsing the .300 percentage in both contests.

Nguyen was joined on the UVC Championship All-Tournament Team by teammates Luke Boyer and Emerson Evans. Boyer hit .432 with 19 kills, 10 digs and six blocks in the tournament, while Evans hit .308 with 22 kills, 18 digs and eight blocks.
 
Seniors AJ Erickson and Colin Jones from runner-up Vassar, junior Grant OH of MIT and Nazareth senior Owen Wickens were also named to the 2024 UVC Championship All-Tournament Team. Erickson dished out 42 assists and added 14 digs in the two matches, while Jones hit .375 with 14 kills and eight blocks during the tournament. Oh slammed 23 kills, added 12 digs and six blocks in two matches, while Wickens had 27 kills, 12 digs and four service aces for Nazareth to earn his second UVC All-Tournament Team honor (2021).
