Below are the United Volleyball Conference (UVC) Players of the Week, released on April 7, 2025, for matches played from March 31-April 6. It is the 13th UVC weekly honors release of the 2025 season.
 
CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Armaan Desai, Vassar, Sr., MB, Pennington, NJ/Hopewell Valley
Desai posted 18 kills, while hitting .586 to go along with 11 total blocks (three solo) in matches against No. 1 NYU and No. 2 Springfield to close out the regular season. Desai recorded a career-high seven total blocks and 12 kills, while hitting .706 in the five-set setback against top-ranked NYU before finishing with six kills on a .417 hitting percentage and four blocks in a three-set win over No. 2 Springfield.
 
CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Daniel Sappia, Hobart, So., OH, Wellington, FL/Cardinal Gibbons
Sappia led No. 16 Hobart to a three-set sweep of Elmira in the regular-season finale on Saturday, clinching a postseason berth for the second straight year. Sappia led the Statesmen with a season-high 16 kills, hitting .424 in the sweep. He added five digs, two service aces and an assist in the crucial conference victory.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Ryan Murphy, Nazareth, Fr., MB, Penfield, NY/Penfield
Murphy recorded a season- high attack percentage of .875 with seven kills, three service aces, two assisted blocks and a pair of digs in Nazareth’s three-set win over Elmira on Wednesday. It is Murphy’s second UVC Rookie of the Week honor in 2025.
