Below are the United Volleyball Conference (UVC) Players of the Week, released on March 30, 2026, for matches played from March 23 – March 29. It is the 12th UVC weekly honors release of the 2026 season.
CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Henry Bonney, Vassar, So., OH, Cambridge, MA/Cambridge Rindge and Latin School
Vassar reeled off two straight conference sweeps this weekend over Nazareth and St. John Fisher as the Brewers have won six straight matches. Bonney led the way with 19 kills (.432), nine total blocks (one solo) and five digs in the two victories. In the sweep of the Golden Flyers, Bonney tallied 11 kills (.526), three blocks and two digs followed by eight kills (.333), six blocks (one solo) and three digs in the three-set win over the Golden Flyers. It is his second UVC weekly honor of 2026.
CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Aiden Kemora, Hobart, Jr., OH, Chicago, IL/Notre Dame Prep
Kemora had a huge weekend for the Hobart volleyball team as it defeated No. 8 New Paltz 3-2 before falling to No. 7 NYU in five sets. Through two matches, Kemora tallied 35 kills (.300), 14 digs, six assists and three blocks. He averaged 3.50 kills per set, 0.60 assists per set, 1.40 digs per set and 3.65 points per set. In Friday's win over the Hawks, Kemora put down a career-high 18 kills (.262) and added six digs, two blocks and one assist. In Saturday's loss, he added 17 kills (.342), a season-high eight digs, five assists and one block. Kemora will look to continue leading a young Statesmen squad as it prepares for its regular season finale against No. 1 Springfield on Saturday.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Avery Kielbasinski, St. John Fisher, Fr., OH, Jamesville, NY/Jamesville-Dewitt
Kielbasinski accounted for 19 points to lead St. John Fisher to a four-set victory (25-23, 20-25, 25-23, 26-24) over No. 14 MIT on Friday night inside Manning & Napier Varsity Gym. The Cardinals clinched a spot in the UVC Postseason Tournament with the victory. Kielbasinski slammed 15 kills while hitting .481 and aced a season-high three serves. The match marked his fourth this season with 15-plus points and third with 15-plus kills. He added nine kills against Vassar on Saturday. It is Kielbasinski’s third UVC weekly honor of the season.
